Tropics of Coffee – Refund and Return Policy
Effective Date: February 28, 2026
At Tropics of Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Perishable items (such as ground coffee or brewed products) may not be eligible for return
unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the product and order details to help us process your claim.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs for the defective item.
3. Return Process
Contact support@tropicsofcoffee.com to initiate a return.
We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or
incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different product or size are treated as a return and new purchase.
